Coinbase’s Chief Legal Officer, Paul Grewal, has urged the SEC to retract its proposed amendments that would bring decentralized exchanges (DEXs) under its control.
Grewal argues that the SEC’s approach is flawed, as DEXs can’t meet disclosure requirements designed for centralized platforms. He warns that the SEC’s broad interpretation could lead to more unwarranted legal actions against crypto firms.
