Chelsea are focused on selling Lukaku on permanent deal as Napoli already agreed on the personal terms.
Blues also remain interested in Victor Osimhen as the option was re-activated weeks ago, talks still ongoing.
But Chelsea informed Napoli that they could proceed on loan transfer in the final days, as this is their plan.
Osimhen and his camp always been clear, they’re not open to simple loan… also, NO way to reduce salary.
