Cheese vat and cisterns are used for the thermic processing of medium quantities of milk (1.000-4.000 liters) into dairy product, such as: cheese, curd, ricotta, yogurt, pasteurized milk, … They enable thermic processing of milk in the range between 4 °C and 100 °C.
We design and manufacture a whole range of cheese vats to suit any volume and purpose. Whether you require round or rectangular with oval ends, heated and insulated, overhead stirring and curd-cutting, taking the type of cheese that you wish to produce into account, we will consult with you and design the most suitable vats for your cheese.
