Traditional yogurt production lines require the collaboration of multiple personnel. From raw material mixing and fermentation temperature control to filling and sealing, each step can be affected by operational differences that affect efficiency. WeiShu Company's yogurt production line is equipped with a new-generation PLC intelligent control system, enabling a highly efficient "one person controls the entire line" model:

- Intelligent raw material pretreatment: The system accurately calculates the ratio of raw materials such as milk powder, water, and sugar, with an error within ±0.1%, preventing raw material waste. It also automatically completes pretreatment steps such as homogenization and preheating, eliminating the need for manual adjustments and reducing raw material loss by 20% compared to traditional processes.

- Precise temperature control during fermentation: The core of yogurt fermentation is "constant temperature and humidity." Temperature fluctuations of even 0.5°C can affect bacterial activity. Our production line utilizes a two-stage constant temperature control system. Sensors monitor the temperature inside the fermentation tank in real time and automatically adjust the heating/cooling modules to stabilize temperature fluctuations within ±0.3°C. This reduces the fermentation cycle by 15%, and ensures over 99% consistency in acidity and consistency across each batch of yogurt.

- High-speed, uninterrupted filling: For different packaging formats such as cups, bags, and bottles, the production line is equipped with a high-speed servo filling head, with a maximum hourly production capacity of 5,000L, a 60% increase compared to traditional production lines. It is also equipped with an automatic seal detection system to automatically eliminate problems such as missing seals and crooked seals, avoiding finished product loss.
